Free Yourself (song)

"Free Yourself" featuring Missy Elliott, (Which she sings background with) was the fourth single and is the title track of Fantasia's debut album of the same name. The song peaked at number 41 on The Billboard Hot 100 and like "Truth Is" was a major success on the R&B charts. The single reached number three on the US R&B/Hip Hop chart, and peaked at number one on the US Adult R&B Airplay chart. "Free Yourself" was nominated for two Grammy Awards (''Best R&B song'' and ''Best Female R&B Vocal Performance''), and is also the winner of an ASCAP R&B/Hip-Hop award.
In, October 2007, "Free Yourself" reappeared on the Billboard R&B Hip Hop Singles Recurrent chart at number 29, indicating the songs' continuous airplay, years later.
